REBIRTH | Time to Plant Your Seeds | Restoring your Connection
The Spring Equinox is about rebirth. With the rise of each new sun, we have an opportunity to start again, look at the day with refreshed eyes and to be gentle with ourselves as we plant the seeds we want to manifest.

For many of you who have followed me throughout the years know that the roots of my spirituality extend far below the surface. Like the birthing of spring, a new beginning, my connection stems from a deep within.  A connection to the natural world and a connection within my being that knows at its core that all things are intertwined - All things are Connected.

You may be feeling this too. As a collective, we are feeling and seeing this now more than ever as the current health pandemic reaches deep within every orifice of individual lives and society at large.  The interactiveness of all peoples, all decisions, all actions, all affect the greater. Our current global climate has asked us to go within, social distancing, to take time to retreat, reflect and retool how we walk in the world.

On March 19-20, the Spring Equinox signaled the “Official” start of spring, the perfect time to plant your seeds for tomorrow. Energetically it is an opportune time to clean out both on a physical and energetic level.  Spring is about rebirth. The plants, the flowers, the worms who have been safely underground, in hibernation, lying dormant during the cold winter dark months, but also protected and nourished by the soil just above, are now making their way to the surface to reemerge into the light.

We too as living beings are encouraged to step out of the darkness of winter, the veils clouding our individual and collective vision and to resurface with a renewed focus, clarity, purpose and grounding.

Let the natural cycle of the seasons be your springboard to get outside, reconnect and find your breath. Take time to BE, LISTEN, AND TAP IN.  As one of my yoga teachers always reminded us that “The quickest way to change our attitude is through steadying the breath.”

So welcome in the Spring. Celebrate in nature with a walk or a recognition of a tree. Take time to rest and restore your inner flame, to get clear what is important to you, to connect with loved ones and dear friends cyberly or via good old fashioned letters.

It is my wish is that my new web site, budding blogging and social media presence will provide some inspiration not only for your wedding related events but for overall general health and wellness.

Sending you blessings for health, happiness and the strength to look deep within during this transition time to connect with yourself,  your gifts and retool for the coming months.

Happy Spring from my heart to yours,
Leslie

Wonderful how completely everything in wild nature fits into us, as if truly part and parent of us. The sun shines not on us but in us.
The rivers flow not past, but through us, thrilling, tingling, vibrating every fiber
and cell of the substance of our bodies, making them glide and sing.
The trees wave and the flowers bloom in our bodies as well as our souls,
and every bird song, wind song,
and tremendous storm song of the rocks in the heart of the mountains
is our song, our very own, and sings our love.”
